Training Contracts
So what does a Training Contract with Ashton Morton Slack involve?
Every year our intake starts in September and is for a fixed term period of two years. During this time our Trainees will spend six months in four seats, one of which will be contentious (litigation). You will keep a comprehensive diary of your technical and personal learning and development which will form the basis of the plan for your development over the two year contract. This will eventually form part of your appraisal. During this time you can approach our Training Principal or any of our collegues to discuss any concerns you have. Some one will always be available to help and support you.
