Non Molestation Order - an Order stopping someone from harassing you in any way whether it is by threats or the use of physical violence or by being a nuisance or annoying you be it by telephoning constantly or leaving messages.

Occupation Order - this is an Order preventing someone from living in your home when their behaviour has been bad. They do not necessarily have had to be violent towards you.
