Funding Your Case and Legal Aid
The Legal Services Commission (LSC) has awarded their prestigious Quality Mark to the Ashton Morton Slack Family and Children team . This acts as a guarantee that the service you receive meets the LSC's strict standards.
As a result of the high standard of services offered, we can also provide services under the Public Funding Scheme. This means that if you meet the Commission's eligibility requirements you will be able to claim Public Funding to help pay your legal costs.
We can answer any questions and help you to complete all the necessary forms in order to submit your application. We will guide and support you through the whole process.
