Domestic Abuse
Do you feel threatened? Are you being physically or mentally abused? Do you fear for your safety or for the safety of your children? Are you living with an abuser and do you want them out of your home or to stay away? Are you worried about being able to pay for things if they leave?
We can obtain you protection through the Court to stop whoever is frightening you. We can advise on the availability of Orders including the abuser having to leave the house and the abuser having to stay away. We may also be able to obtain Orders so that the abuser has to help you financially when they have left.
We can put you in touch with other specialist domestic abuse services to offer practical help.
We can advise you on all of these matters and advise you about what you need to do. We will tell you how long it will take, how much it will cost and we will guide and support you through the process so that you can get on with your life.
