Being arrested and taken to court can be a very traumatic experience. Our criminal solicitors have a wealth of specialist knowledge of both the Adult Court and the Youth Courts. We understand the way the Criminal Justice System works. We can offer you advice, representation and support every step of the way. We are committed to delivering a high standard of service. We will act in your best interests and can help you with anything from motoring matters to more serious offences. Legal Aid is always available at the police station and apart from a few minor matters is also available at Court.
The Criminal Team can help with any of the following:-
- Attend with you at the police station (day or night)
- Take your instructions and represent you at the Magistrates Court
- Contact any witnesses and take Statements from them.
- Contact and instruct any expert witnesses, for example, where a medical/forensic report is needed
- If necessary, ensure that Counsel is fully briefed to represent you at Crown Court.
- Keep you fully informed every step of the way.
