Yorkshire on show at world’s largest property conference

Final preparations are being put together for Yorkshire's presence at the MIPIM'08

The world’s largest property convention is being held in Cannes, France from the 11th to the 13th March and this year Bradford has been chosen to lead the Yorkshire showcase.

Bradford and its regeneration partners have prepared a three day series of high profile events and speakers in Cannes, designed to ensure that the city and the region stands out from the crowd. The convention will be attended by thousands of international investors, property developers and journalists and is a significant opportunity to raise the profile of the region around the world.

“It is so important that our region is seen as a significant force on the global property stage. Conventions such as MIPIM play a vital role in this. Attracting significant investment to the region is largely about confidence and this showcase will help build greater confidence in our region.” Commented Robert Bryars, managing partner.
