Home Information Packs update from Sheffield solicitors

The Government have announced that Home Information Packs (HIPs) will be required for all properties sold in England and Wales from 14th December 2007.

In previous months only homes with three bedrooms or more have required a HIP before they can be sold, however The Government will be extending this to all properties, regardless of size.

At this early stage following the announcement there are understandably many unanswered questions relating to these new updates.
