Robert's has a special interest in professional negligence, insurance claims, contested probate, pensions, equine law, construction, landlord and tenant. Robert is also a fully accredited commercial mediator and a member of the Association of Northern Mediators. His ADR experience includes breach of contract (insurance), construction disputes and general contractual disputes.
