Dissolution
Just as with the formation of a company, there are certain legal requirements and decisions to be made if the company is to be dissolved. It may be that your company is due to be dissolved following financial difficulties or that the shareholders of the company simple want to close down the company.
Companies can also be dissolved by the Court following an application by one of its shareholders for a just and equitable winding up of the company or on the basis of unfair prejudice.
Whatever the reason, Ashton Morton Slack have specialist company law and insolvency solicitors who are able to help.
