Manufacture and Supply Agreements

A Manufacture and Supply agreement is formed between a company and the manufacturer to ensure that the product made fits the specifications required by the company.

Such products are usually bespoke and can be of high value. If, for example, the product is not delivered on time then it can be costly. An agreement will contain what should happen if this were to occur.

Ashton Morton Slack work closely with our clients to ensure that such agreement offer maximum protection whilst still offering flexibility with regards to component parts.
