Acquisition of Hallam Beauty
In 2006, Ashton Morton's Slack provided legal advice for G R Industries in its acquisitions of Harmer Personal Care of Bradford for an undisclosed sum.
Harmer, now renamed Hallam Beauty develops and manufactures technically advanced haircare and skincare products for many of the cosmetic industry's leading brand names.
G R industries say the deal means a bright future for Hallam Beauty and its 117 staff. Sale of the Old Bowling Green
In 2007, Ashton Morton Slack acted for the sellers of the Old Bowling Green to Enterprise Inns Plc. The Old Bowling Green had been owned by Ashton Morton Slack's clients for some four years before its owners decided to downsize to a smaller pub in Tideswell.

Acquisition of Lakeland Leisure Limited
