Discrimination and the law

This can take many forms, the most common being racial, sexual and age.  However, with increases in the number of part-time and fixed term contract employees, as well as an influx of overseas workers, discrimination law is becoming more and more complex.  Employers must be more careful than ever at all stages of the employment process, whether it be at the recruitment stage, treatment of employees during their employment, or decisions on redundancy, employers must ensure that they do not discriminate against anyone for any reason.

Ashton Morton Slack can advise employers at all times if they have concerns and can keep client companies updated on what is an ever changing area of the law.
